Barcelona coach Xavi has plans for five players to be moved on in January.

Xavi is eager to add to his squad and has plans to boost their transfer budget by clearing out some fringe players.

AS says Sergino Dest, Philippe Coutinho and Samuel Umtiti are being offered to clubs across Europe.

Barca accept they will have to take a hit on all three players given their struggles this season.

Also on-loan pair Luuk de Jong, of Sevilla, and Rapid Vienna's Yusuf Demir will see their deals cut short and sent back to their parent clubs next month.
