Rangers book quarter-final spot with tough aggregate win over Red Star Belgrade

Rangers are through to the Europa League quarter-finals after a tough test against Red Star Belgrade.

The Scottish champions were up 3-0 from the first leg at Ibrox, which they won convincingly.

However, they struggled to assert themselves away from home, losing this game 2-1 to Red Star.

Rangers are through to the next stage thanks to a relatively comfortable score of 4-2 on aggregate.

Ryan Kent got the vital goal in the second leg, which ensured Red Star did not have enough momentum to mount a comeback.
