England boss Fabio Capello admits he struggled to get his head down before his debut against Switzerland on Wednesday night.

"I experienced a positive feeling," Capello told RaiSport. "Before the beginning of the match I was a bit nervous. I didn't sleep much because of so much adrenaline but I'm happy with the outcome."
