West Bromwich Albion have not dropped their pursuit of Heracles Almelo fullback Jason Davidson.
The Birmingham Mail says despite left-back Sebastien Poconogli's arrival, the Baggies retain a strong interest in Davidson.
The Australia international has an outstanding contractual issue with Dutch club Heracles Almelo which Albion want further clarity on before deciding whether to pursue him.
Heracles claim that Davidson triggered a 12-month option in a deal which was due to expire this summer - while the player claims to be a free agent.
