West Brom to increase salary of Man City, Man Utd target Berahino

West Bromwich Albion are set to offer Saido Berahino new terms in order to keep him at the club.

Reports suggest that the Baggies are keen to make the 21-year old striker one of their highest paid players so they can avoid losing him to the likes of Manchester City, Manchester United and Liverpool who have all been credited with an interest.

Albion will open contract talks with Berahino at the end of the season and are set to offer him £50,000-a-week - up from £14,000-a-week - to put him in the same bracket as Ben Foster and Joleon Lescott according to the Daily Mail.

Berahino has scored 14 Premier League goals this season for a total of 20 in all competitions.
