Jon Walters has reportedly handed in a transfer request at Stoke City.

According to Sky Sports, the 31-year-old forward has been unhappy with contract negotiations with the Potters and is looking to depart the Britannia Stadium this summer.

Republic of Ireland international Walters is out of contract at the end the season and is believed to want a three-year deal to remain with Stoke but the Staffordshire club have only offered two.

Norwich City have had two offers turned down by Stoke but could quite possibly return with a third bid as the former Ipswich Town star ponders his future away from the Britannia.
