Dutch pundit Valentijn Driessen has warned Ajax midfielder Hakim Ziyech not to consider playing for the Dutch giants beyond June 30.
Ziyech is due to join Chelsea on July 1 and Driessen feels the midfielder needs to stick to the original agreement.
He explained to De Telegraaf: "For a judge, the employment contract outweighs FIFA's not legally substantiated emergency plan, which at most applies to association law.
“If one of the three parties involved does not want the player to play for Ajax in July, then Ziyech will not be playing the Eredivisie season in Amsterdam in July.
"Why would he want to take the risk anyway?
"The deal is already closed, his working conditions are undoubtedly better in London and why would the clubs cooperate while the transfer amount for Ajax and Chelsea is guaranteed? A simple injury in Ajax service in July is the least worry. But it can get worse."
