Arda Guler is confident he's made the right choice signing for Real Madrid.

Barcelona was also in for the Fenerbahce whizkid this week.

"There have been many clubs that have presented their bids. But as soon as Real Madrid appeared, everyone else became insignificant," said the 18-year-old.

"Real Madrid has had great players and my idols are Guti , (Cristiano) Ronaldo , Mesut Özil and I want to be like them, be a legend. I think (Luka) Modric has a lot of quality and is the best midfielder in the world, while Özil told me Real Madrid is the best in the world.

"We have a relationship like brothers."
