Real Madrid are finalising the signing of Tenerife striker Cristo Gonzalez.

Marca says Cristo is very close to joining Real Madrid Castilla.

The academy graduate debuted with the first team in the 2014/15 season, aged 16, and has also been involved with the Spanish youth teams at international level.

Alfonso Serrano, technical secretary of Tenerife, has accepted that the player will leave having announced at the beginning of the summer that, given the impossibility of reaching an agreement to renew his contract, Cristo would not be part of the first team squad.
