Hull chairman Duffen considers raiding relegated clubs

Hull City chairman Paul Duffen says they're now beginning to see movement in the summer market.

He said: "The market is starting to creek and groan a little now and there is starting to be some movement.

"It is an interesting market this summer as the global economic situation will mean clubs will have to be careful with their finances.

"Obviously there are also players who will attract interest at the relegated clubs. The problem with going down that route is that many players have long contracts and high salaries that they are happy to sit on."
