William Gallas believes Perth Glory can push for this season's A-League title.
The Western Australian club currently sit seventh on the table, just a point out of the top six, which gives the former Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham centre-back reason to believe that they can force their way into the finals.
"That is my mentality. I am a winner," Gallas said after getting through 78 minutes of the weekend's 3-1 loss to the Western Sydney Wanderers.
"Every team can go (up) so quick. If you win four or five games, maybe you'll be on top. I came here to win a trophy.
"Sometimes I'm shouting on the pitch during the training.
"Maybe the players didn't expect that, but that is my mentality.
"Every little game for me is to win, to give 100 per cent and to be ready for the weekend."
The Glory, who have recorded 20 points from 16 matches this season, host fourth-placed Melbourne Victory this Friday night.
