AC Milan goalkeeper Pepe Reina is impressed by new coach Marco Giampaolo.

Reina admits he's found the former Sampdoria boss 'very clear' in his approach.

He said, “We have to get used to his ideas, but he comes across as an excellent Coach who is clear on what he wants.

“The identity of the team will be very clear. A great dressing room is needed, with the right mindset.

“Egos mustn't stand in front of the team. Our project starts from that. The dressing room must be united and we all must help each other, honouring the shirt.

“We need the right hunger to continue to grow and fight for important objectives. We need to improve each year.

“We immediately welcomed the new arrivals. We're here to help them with anything. Theo Hernandez is a very good player, with a lot of potential.

“He's young and he still has to grow, but he'll give us a great hand."
