Tottenham want £10 million for Jermaine Jenas.
The News of the World says Spurs boss Harry Redknapp wants to use cash from the potential sale of Jenas to fund a move for West Ham midfielder Scott Parker.
Spurs chairman Daniel Levy has been playing hardball over signings during the summer and wants a fortune for Jenas.
He had been interesting Aston Villa, but that has been jeopardised by Martin O'Neill's departure.
