Sheikh Jassim plans FIFTH offer for Man Utd

Manchester United bidder Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad al-Thani is not done with his pursuit of the club.

Per BBC Sport, Sir Jim Ratcliffe's INEOS are presently seen as leading the race to buy the club.

However, the Glazer family have made no firm decision on whether to sell to one party or the other.

The source adds that al-Thani, a member of the Qatari royal family, may look to make a fifth bid to jump ahead in the race.

Ratcliffe has bid £5.5b billion for a portion of the club, while Sheikh Jassim's offer comes out to less per share, given he wants to buy 100 percent of the team.

The Glazer family may even want to remain somewhat involved, as INEOS may allow Joel and Avram Glazer to retain their shares for a few years.
