Leeds United have started transfer talks with the representatives of Juventus midfielder Weston McKennie.

The USMNT star could become the latest American to join countryman Jesse Marsch at the Elland Road club.

While McKennie is a regular for Juventus, transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio claims he may be sold this winter or next summer.

The Italian giants are set to revamp their squad after a difficult few years in Serie A.

Coach Max Allegri is ready to lose McKennie, provided it means the club can raise at least £18 million for him to reinvest.
