Juventus expect a first formal offer from Chelsea for Matthijs de Ligt on Monday.
La Gazzetta dello Sport says after a week of talks over cash and player exchanges, Chelsea are ready to make a first official offer for De Ligt.
The Blues are to bid €70m up front plus a further €10m in bonuses for the Holland international.
However, while it will bring Juve to the table, the Bianconeri's board will insist on Chelsea going higher for De Ligt. Their initial counter proposal will be for €100m cash.
The key in negotiations will be De Ligt, who hasn't asked for a transfer, though has made it clear to Juve that he'd like to move to London this summer.
