Cameroon and Rennes midfielder Stephane M'Bia is not about to sign for Everton, despite reports to the contrary. The Toffees have rejected all speculation that they are set to enter negotiations for the 23-year-old.

Speaking to the Liverpool Echo, M'Bia said, "I had an agreement to leave at the end of the season if all parties are happy, so I can't say yet what will happen.

"There are many good clubs linked according to the press so let's wait and see."
