A Bola has confirmed that manager David Moyes is closing in on Moutinho.
A Bola believe that the Portuguese midfielder will join the blues on a 1 year loan deal with a view to a permanent transfer if both clubs 'agree', similar to the Manuel Fernandes transfer in the 2006/2007 season.
