Burnley have made a new £3 million offer for West Bromwich Albion midfielder Graham Dorrans.

Sky Sports says West Brom are reluctant to sell to a relegation threatened rival and they would prefer to do business with Norwich, who are also interested in the player.

However, should Burnley up their bid to £4 million that will be enough for the Baggies to sell.
