The agent of Alex Meret says he's happy at Napoli.

Federico Pastorello admits securing a new deal for the goalkeeper was important at the start of the season.

He said, "The summer was strange. Common sense always prevails.

"We managed to renew the contract to make him stay. His will was that 'I'm happy'. He's regaining the stage he deserves.

"Let's hope that at the end of the season we can rejoice to the fullest. He had an excellent relationship with (Salvatore) Sirigu and he will also have it with (Pierluigi) Gollini."
