Hull City are showing significant interest in Moussa Konate.

Sky Sports reports that the Tigers have already had a offer turned down by Konate's Swiss club FC Sion.

However, the Humberside outfit will return with an improved proposal in a bid to lure him from Switzerland to the Premier League.

Senegal international Konate, 23, has scored 36 goals in 75 outings for Sion since joining from Russian side FC Krasnodar in 2014.

He has also enjoyed spells with Genoa in Italy and Maccabi Tel Aviv in Israel while finding the back of the net seven times in 16 outings for his country.
