Roma sporting director Tiago Pinto is confident Lorenzo Pellegrini will sign a new contract.

The midfielder's current deal expires at the end of the season.

"Lorenzo Pellegrini wants to renew, and Roma want to renew, there will be no problems," Tiago Pinto said at a press conference.

“My vision is not the Scudetto but working every day to reduce the distance between Roma and success.

"We talked about time, which is not an excuse not to win, we always want to win."
