Chelsea legend John Terry is a step closer to joining Al Shabab.
The Saudi Pro League club have been in talks with Terry since the end of last season.
And there's now a confidence Terry will accept a short-term deal as Al Shabab sporting director.
SportZone reports Terry began by rejecting the chance to be the head coach of Al Shabab, but the role of sporting director has convinced the former Chelsea captain.
Al Shabab have persuaded Terry with an initial short contract.
The appointment, however, still needs to be confirmed by the club's board.
