Besiktas sporting director Ceyhun Kazanci is desperate for Dele Alli to find the form that made him such a revelation at Tottenham.

The attacking midfielder has seen his career plummet over the past couple of years.

A move from Spurs to Everton failed last season, and now his spell at Besiktas is turning into a nightmare as well.

Kazanci said on the loanee, per TRT Spor: "No one can answer whether Dele Alli can do it right now. He is working very hard. He is a player who reached €100m (in value) 3 years ago. He had a fall."

Recently, Besiktas coach Senol Gunes stated on Alli: “I couldn't affect the players.

“Now I can easily touch them but we haven't touched Dele Alli yet. Let's not discuss Dele Alli as a player but he is below expectations in terms of efficiency."
