Premier League giants Liverpool are said to have agreed personal terms with Fluminense midfielder Andre.

The Brazilian is one who the Anfield club would very much like to bring to the club this summer.

Per The Redman TV, journalist Emmanuel Luiz stated that personal terms are no issue for this transfer.

The two parties are in total agreement, but there is no deal with Fluminense as yet.

Andre wants to join before the transfer window closes, but his Brazilian club are holding up the deal.

They have the Copa Libertadores quarter-final and would prefer the 22-year-old stays for the time being.
