Mason Greenwood believes he won't play for Manchester United again.
The England international hoped to return after attempted rape and assault charges were dropped in February.
United have spent the past 12 months conducting an internal investigation while Greenwood has remained away from the club.
The forward has been out of football for 15 months and is itching to get back.
A source told The Sun: “Mason believes he's finished at United.
“He's sat at home kicking his heels and very frustrated.
“He wants to get back playing football but realises his situation is very complicated and it's his own doing.
“He is determined to play football again but doesn't think he'll ever pull on a United shirt ever again."
