Excelsior Mouscron are in the dark over reports of partnering with Chelsea.

It's been reported Chelsea will cut ties with Dutch outfit Vitesse Arnhem to send their best young players to Belgium's Excelsior.

"No, that rumor is not true," said Chairman Edward Van Daele to Sporza.

"I never had any contact with Chelsea.

"But we negotiate with other clubs and we have in training 550 young people. Of course we will again have a good team."
