Newcastle United's deal for Schalke midfielder Nabil Bentaleb includes a buyout clause.

Signed on a six month loan in January, Bentaleb has already done enough for Toon boss Steve Bruce to recommend a permanent deal.

And Fussball Transfers says Bentaleb's loan contract includes an outright option worth €10m.

Indeed, it's expected the main negotiations for Newcastle will not be the fee involved and instead the personal terms demanded by the midfielder.

However, there is a confidence that Bentaleb's priority now is a permanent transfer to St James' Park.
