Blaise Matuidi admits leaving PSG for Juventus was the best decision of his career.

After six years at PSG, the midfielder left for Juve in 2017.

He recalled to RMC: "Join Juventus? Yes it is a progression. As I told you earlier, this is a logical step for my career. Without making offense to Paris which is a big club, for me it was easy in fact to choose. There was simply no other choice.

"It's Juve, and it especially suited me. If it didn't suit me, I wouldn't have taken the step. I think everything was done for me to come here and to flourish. It's a club that has had Champions League finals in recent years, so it also was a choice for my career. It has the ambition to win the Champions League."
