Sassuolo striker Domenico Berardi is ready to leave this summer.

La Repubblica says Berardi is up for sale at a price of €35m after an impressive 12 goals and 14 assists in 26 Serie A appearances.

Napoli and AC Milan are keen and Radio Kiss Kiss Napoli reports Berardi has committed to joining the Azzurri.

Berardi has spent his entire career with Sassuolo, though was co-owned by Juventus for a period.

The Italy international was a key member in last summer's Euros triumph.
