Hamburg defender Marcell Jansen says he's not ready to leave for Liverpool.

Jansen has acknowledged Liverpool's interest, but he's not prepared to leave his German club.

"Obviously there are offers and of course there's this one," said Jansen. "I'm not a player who is making policy. But I am not a gambler, the club sets the policy.

"I still have a long contract at Hamburg. A change for me is not an option."
