New Tottenham boss Thomas Frank has already been busy since he arrived, having agreed a £55M move for West Ham United star Mohammed Kudus in one of the biggest moves of the summer transfer window.
Now, as per The Athletic Spurs have turned their attention to Morgan Gibbs-White, which could be difficult due to his supposed £100M price tag. The midfielder started all 34 of his Premier League matches for Forest, scoring seven goals and supplying 10 assists from an advanced midfield position as his future has been speculated about for some time.
Tottenham finished 17th in the Premier League last season, which led to Ange Postecoglou's sacking despite victory in the Europa League. Both Forest and Tottenham will have European football next season and both should challenge for it once more next season.
The report suggests that Forest fans will be worried about such interest as Gibbs-White may be looking to join the North London side in the hopes of regular European football and higher wages. Official confirmation of the Kudus deal is expected soon and once the West Ham winger has been annouced the club are likely to starts talks with the England international.
