For many, Calhanoglu finished last season as the best player in the world for his position.
"I am a person who doesn't talk much, I like working more than anything. In these three years I have found incredible teammates and fans, I have grown thanks to them. I have never thought about leaving Inter, the rumours come but I never said anything and continued to work," said Calhanoglu.
"It was nice to experience the emotion of the Scudetto. This year the opponents will be more motivated because they want to beat us. It will be important to confirm what we have done. We are working, it is hot and it is difficult, but we are ready for Genoa."
