According to Fabrizio Romano, Turkish side Besiktas have made a bid for Willock with the Englishman being their top midfield target.
The decision is now with Newcastle, who have already lost Sandro Tonali and Bruno Guimaraes in the centre of the park this summer.
Willock has now entered the final year of his contract at St James’ Park with talks over a new deal not expected to start any time soon.
