Omar Marmoush is reportedly on the verge of leaving Man City to join fellow Premier League side Tottenham.

Tottenham’s summer spending spree continues as they seek to avoid a third successive relegation battle having finished 17th in the previous two seasons.

They’ve already added the likes of Jan Paul van Heck, Mateus Fernandes, and Sandro Tonali, but are showing no signs of letting up just yet.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Egypt forward Marmoush is set to become the latest addition on an initial loan.

The deal will become permanent for a fee of £50 million should certain conditions be met.

The 27-year-old has largely been a squad player since joining Man City in January 2024, starting just eight of his 21 Premier League games last season, scoring three goals and providing three assists.

It’s been widely reported that Brazilian winger Savinho will also make the move from Manchester to North London.

Roberto De Zerbi’s side got their 2026-27 campaign off to a nightmare start, looking well off it as they were comfortably beaten 3-0 by Brentford on Saturday (August 22).
