The Portuguese midfield wizard has been a revelation at the Etihad Stadium since joining the club from Monaco in 2017, and arguably the trailblazer for Pep Guardiola's golden generation.
Silva has amassed over 450 appearances for the Cityzens and won a whopping 18 trophies, most notably six Premier League titles and a treble-winning campaign in 2023.
It's going to be emotional when the 31-year-old bids his farewell to the Man City faithful against Aston Villa on May 24, and he's already said he will decide his next club before the World Cup starts.
“Yes, I want to decide my next club BEFORE the World Cup," he said.
“I’d like to arrive with Portugal with my future already settled."
The World Cup begins on June 11, with Portugal's campaign getting underway on June 17 against DR Congo, giving Silva just over a month to sign his next contract.
