With the first-leg of their Coppa Itallia semifinal finishing 0-0, Como jumped to a 2-0 lead at San Siro stadium before Inter fought back to eventually win 3-2.
Suwarso said afterwards: "Tonight's result hurts. We went to San Siro showing courage, quality, and character, taking a 2-0 lead, just like at the Sinigaglia.
"The team played with identity and determination, and for that I'm very proud. Congratulations to Inter for their response. Their ability to come back and win 3-2 demonstrates the value of a great team.
"Even though we just lost to one of the best teams in Italy, that doesn't lessen the disappointment. Football is made up of moments like these, highs and lows that define who we are. Losing a game shouldn't make us lose our direction. Our goal remains clear: to improve, grow, and keep moving forward.
"To all Lariani: keep your heads held high tonight. There's a lot to be proud of. To Inter, congratulations again and best wishes for the rest of the season."
