Managed by former Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas, Como are eager to strengthen their squad after securing a place in next season’s Champions League and view Chalobah as a major addition.
Chelsea are reportedly open to offers despite the defender’s strong campaign, which saw him make 47 appearances and score three Premier League goals.
Inter are also monitoring the situation as they seek defensive reinforcements but Chalobah remain under contract at Stamford Bridge until 2028.
