The two clubs had already reached an agreement a few days ago, based on €75m, to be paid in two installments: €45m now and €30m next year.
Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis also inserted a clause against Serie A, meaning the player cannot be sold to an Italian club for the next two seasons.
With personal terms settled some weeks ago, everything is now waiting on the exchange contracts.
