West Ham winger Crysencio Summerville was delighted for matchwinner Callum Wilson after Saturday's 2-1 win at Tottenham.

Summerville put West Ham ahead on 15 minutes before Spurs leveled in the second-half through Cristian Romero. Wilson eventually jumped from the bench to score the winner on 93 minutes.

Summerville said afterwards: “I think we were unlucky with some other chances, including for me, so we have things to keep working on. But we will, and in the next game hopefully we can finish our actions better.

“I was really happy for him (Wilson). In the team we call him ‘the Gunman’, because he always scores! It was great his goal got us the win, and as I said, we’ll be looking to add to it when we go back out there next week.”

On winning at Spurs, the Dutchman smiled: "I’m used to it (the tackles)!

“I will look after myself, get recovered and then look forward to going again next week.

“Obviously it being a rivalry makes the win even sweeter. I didn’t really know about the rivalry when I signed, but the staff and everyone at the Club told me, and I took it under my skin. I’m a real Hammer now, so I’m happy we were able to get the three points.
