Every year, there is always talk about the Spaniard's future at the Etihad Stadium, and whether he will exit the club.
Guardiola last signed a contract extension in November 2024, committing his future to the Cityzens until at least June 2027.
But even though his current deal has one more year left to run, there was speculation from sources around the club that he could leave alongside the likes of Bernardo Silva and John Stones this summer.
The former Barcelona boss has since bitten back at rumours linking him with a departure from Manchester, citing the length of his contract.
"Yeah, I’m here, I have a contract," Guardiola replied when asked if he will stay at Man City, and the interviewer replied by asking: "next season?”
Guardiola then responded: “Oh my god! The people have asked me a question for a long long time, I know the answer, you should know the answer. You know I’m here, I’m here at the end of the Premier League season. So that’s good.”
Enzo Maresca has been mooted as an eventual successor to the 55-year-old, but it appears he's here to stay, at least until 2027.
