Liverpool are expecting several first team departures before the summer transfer window closes at the end of the month.

The Reds have brought in Victor Munoz and Jeremy Jacquet as part of a summer overhaul alongside a season-long loan swoop for Barcelona's Ronald Araujo.

However, there have also been some big-name exits with Mohamed Salah, Andy Robertson and Ibrahima Konate all leaving on free transfers, alongside Curtis Jones' move to Inter Milan.

Ifeanyi Ndukwe, Kieran Morrison and Amara Nallo have headed out on loan and Andoni Iraola now faces a call on what to do with Jayden Danns.

The England U20 international endured a nightmare loan spell at Sunderland last season after failing to make a single appearance on loan at the Stadium of Light due to a lower back injury.

He's since returned to Merseyside and has been eased back into preseason and friendly match action with U21 boss Rob Page praising his determination to get back fit.

The call over loaning him out again will rest with Iraola, and if he Spaniard fails to land a new forward in the final days of the window, he could retain Danns as a back up striker.
