The Reds have granted Salah a free transfer, with Salah foregoing a massive £20m as a loyalty bonus. The Egyptian would've been due that amount if he'd seen out his current deal, says The Sun.
The decision will also see Liverpool save another £20m-plus on wages, with Salah's final year of his £400,000-a-week contract now ripped up.
Salah is expected to leave European football this summer.
