Liverpool have reportedly decided against making a January offer for Bournemouth ace Antoine Semenyo as Man United and Man City remain keen.

The 25-year-old will be available for £65 million, including add-ons, in the first ten days of the January transfer window following an impressive start to the season.

Semenyo has eight goals and three assists in 17 games across all competitions and has attracted interest from some of the biggest Premier League clubs.

According to GOAL, Liverpool aren’t one of them as the current champions have decided not to make a move for Semenyo in January, despite been initial favourites to sign him.

Man United and Man City are now in a two-horse race to sign the Bournemouth man after he turned down a potential move to Tottenham.

It’s understood that Man United believe their leading City, with Ruben Amorim keen on playing Semenyo as a left wingback.
