The veteran midfielder was snapped up over the summer from Bayer Leverkusen.
"He trusts the process and he respects the position of everyone," Le Bris told ChronicleLive. "The owner is the owner, he's not someone who will analyse a player and give an opinion about technique and the tactical level and so on.
"He trusts the people for that - my part, Flo (Ghisolfi) and Kristjaan (Speakman) or the recruitment structure. When the green light is done and we believed that Granit might be a really good signing for us, now we have something to do.
"At that moment he was really important because for us it wasn't possible. It wasn't a normal signing. It was something very different, his involvement was crucial - massive."
