The forward won the Europa Conference League under former manager David Moyes but has struggled to push the club away from struggles that led to their relegation to the Championship last season.
With Matheus Fernandes joining Tottenham for a record fee of £85M, reports expected star man Bowen to follow in his footsteps.
However, no such move has surfaced and Bowen has not been linked with any clubs since the summer window opened.
Since joining from Hull City in 2020, the winger has 85 goals and 63 assists in 280 appearances, proving that he is more than worthy of Premier League and European football.
Despite his quality, Dyer has revealed this week that Bowen is more than likely to stick with West Ham as they fight to climb back up to the Premier League.
"He's a very great, loyal man," Dyer told talkSPORT. "First and foremost, he is my family, the father of my grandchildren, of course. It's been tough for him.
“He does deserve Champions League football and whatever decision he makes, or made, I would have supported him. I don't think he's going anywhere, and I think he will rip up the Championship, don't you worry yourself about that."
Capped 22 times for England, Bowen did not make Thomas Tuchel’s World Cup squad and has had plenty of time to mull over his future.
