According to the Yorkshire Evening Post, the 30-year-old attacking midfielder will be available on a free transfer following the expiration of his Borussia Dortmund contract.
Brandt spent seven years at Dortmund after joining from Bayer Leverkusen in a €25 million deal in 2019, making 307 appearances while contributing 57 goals and 70 assists.
He also earned 48 caps for Germany, played more than 380 Bundesliga matches, and featured in over 80 Champions League games, bringing a wealth of elite-level experience.
Leeds believe his quality and creativity could strengthen their midfield, but they face competition from several clubs, including at least one capable of offering Champions League football next season.
