Defeat to Osasuna this week has seen Sevilla drop into the bottom three of the LaLiga with five games to play.
Sevilla host Real Sociedad on Monday night.
Cordon told Sevilla's website: "It's a difficult moment that we knew could happen. We didn't expect it at this time, but we knew the season was going to be tough, and we have to look ahead.
"Monday is the day. We have our fans behind us; we know what they can give us and what they can do to boost the team. They already showed that against Atlético de Madrid, creating such a positive energy. They were there for the full 95 minutes, cheering and supporting the players.
"Virtually no other team has fans like them, and on Monday they're going to be crucial to getting the three points. We need the Sánchez-Pizjuán to be our temple, to have the support we've always felt from our fans. With their support, we're going to win the match. It's going to be difficult, but we're confident."
