With the Turkish market not shutting until Friday, Malacia is now set to join Super Lig outfit Eyupsport on-loan for the season.
Malacia has been encouraged to find himself a new club after being frozen out in preseason by manager Ruben Amorim.
The former Feyenoord fullback has made 47 appearances for the club, with most of those coming in his first season under Erik ten Hag. He was the Dutchman's first signing in charge and cost £14.6million.
