Real Madrid need a win after dropping four points behind LaLiga leaders Barcelona.
He said this morning: “It won’t be an easy away game at all, against a great team and a coach who is doing a magnificent job. Celta is a very well-coached team, they’ve won a lot of games recently and are confident and playing well.
"There’s always a great atmosphere at that stadium whenever Real Madrid visits. It will be a very difficult and demanding away game.”
On going to Balaidos, Arbeloa continued: “We’ve suffered two consecutive defeats in La Liga, and at a club like Real Madrid, defeat is always difficult to handle because of the pressure, but we’re only focused on tomorrow’s match.
"We’re aware of what we’re up against and the level we need to reach against such a great opponent. Everything will depend on our performance, our composure, and our confidence. The past doesn’t matter, and we’re only thinking about Balaídos.”
Asked if defeat would end Real Madrid's title chances, Arbeloa remained defiant.
He stated: “It will be a tough match, and we're hopeful we can get the three points. There are 16 games left to play, and we're four points behind. That's all we're thinking about, and as long as we can mathematically fight for the title, we will. I can't imagine Real Madrid doing anything other than fighting.
"After two defeats, I understand the atmosphere isn't the most positive, but in the dressing room, we know we're going to fight for the league title, and there's still a long way to go.”
